Uzma Awarded Integrated Well Intervention Contract by EnQuest Malaysia

Kuala Lumpur, 7 April 2026 – Uzma Berhad (“Uzma” or “the Group”), through its subsidiary Setegap Ventures Petroleum Sdn Bhd (“SVP”), has been awarded a contract by EnQuest Petroleum Production Malaysia Ltd (“EnQuest”) for the provision of Integrated Well Intervention and Project Management Team (“PMT”) services.

The contract forms part of the 2026/2027 EnQuest Well Intervention Programme (Package A8) and spans a period of two years, commencing 19 February 2026 until 18 February 2028.

The scope of works includes the provision, supply and maintenance of specialised tools, equipment, accessories and spare parts, alongside integrated project management and technical expertise to support well intervention operations.

These services require a high level of coordination, planning and execution, reinforcing Uzma’s capability to deliver end-to-end well intervention solutions across complex operating environments.

The contract further strengthens Uzma’s position as a provider of comprehensive well solutions, particularly for mature assets requiring tailored and technically demanding interventions.

The project is expected to contribute positively to the Group’s earnings over the contract duration.
